Little Pixel Magic
Little Pixel Magic was a fantasy portrait brand I built around a simple idea: make each person recognisable while placing them in a world that felt entirely their own.
Objective
Develop a distinct portrait style and a production process that could turn personal references into polished stills and short motion pieces.
Challenges & Decisions
Preserving likeness
AI explorations could drift away from the person. I established the character, pose and defining features first, then built the fantasy setting around them.
Inconsistent outputs
Generated elements did not always belong together. I treated them as source material, then painted, composited and retouched the final artwork into one coherent image.

As AI portrait tools advanced rapidly, I decided not to scale Little Pixel Magic as a standalone portrait service. The work shaped how I now combine human art direction with AI-assisted production.
