Flecto – AI Visual Generator

Flecto is a self-initiated motion concept for an AI-assisted creative workflow. It imagines a designer starting with one master image and creating adapted images, GIFs and videos for digital, in-app, DOOH and print placements.

Objective

Show how a complex, multi-format production process could feel simple and manageable within one interface.

Challenges & Decisions

  1. Many outputs, one clear starting point

Anchor the story around a single uploaded creative, then reveal its possible formats and placements in a sequence viewers can follow.

  2. Clarity through motion

Use interface movement to explain what happens between upload and export, without making the workflow feel crowded or technical.

Approach

  1. Map the workflow

Organize the concept around three actions: upload a master creative, adapt it for different formats, and prepare the outputs for export.

  2. Design the interface

Give the source image and generated variations a clear hierarchy so the relationship between them is immediately visible.

  3. Animate the journey

Use transitions and pacing to show the creative moving through the workflow.

Outcome & Reflection

The finished motion concept turns an abstract automation idea into a sequence people can understand at a glance. It shows how interface design and motion can communicate a product idea before the full workflow is built.
